• Has at least 4-star fundraiser experience rating on their page by Thursday, 26^th December, 2019***

* In relation to the above given indicators, a Bronze Fundraiser is defined as such when they have raised at least INR 10,000 with a minimum 5 donors supporting them

** Fundraisers below the age of 21 years as on race day fall under this category (born on or after 18^th January 1999).

*** Average 4 star fundraiser experience ratings: Min 4 star rating given by individual fundraisers on NGO page. This experience rating is not a rating of the NGOs work or projects. Fundraisers will be asked to rate their experience with the NGO based on the support & acknowledgment provided to them by the NGO for their TMM 2020 campaign.

Fundraiser Rating Index:

Up on raising Rs. 10,000, each Fundraiser will be able to rate the NGOs s/he is supporting. The Fundraiser Experience index will be based on four parameters - encouragement provided by the NGO to the fundraiser, acknowledgement provided by the NGO to the fundraiser, nature of updates shared by the NGO and the response time of the NGO when the fundraiser contacts them. Ratings will be out of five stars. The summary average of ratings from all the fundraisers of the NGO will appear on the NGO page. The ratings are anonymous and identity of the fundraisers will not be visible to the NGOs.

• An NGO may strive to improve its privilege level till 31st January, 2020 but Race Day benefits will be decided on the privilege level earned by the NGO as on Thursday, 26th December, 2019.
• Capacity building grant is disbursed by 28th February, 2020.
