We propose the project for empowering Individuals with Neurological Disorders through teaching life skills, skill development and employment assistance through a preparatory school, pre vocational and vocational training for Neurologically impaired and Resource Centre on Disability and Inclusion.
Project Objective:
• To create an integrated model for Persons with Disability
• To teach basic life skills to people with advanced stages of neurological disorder
• To provide individuals with neurological disorders with the skills and training that improve their employability and help to get employment
• To improve the financial stability and quality of life of individuals
The project would target the PwDs focusing on neurological impairment along with other disabilities too.

Project Location: Lucknow
Budget: Approx. 70 Lacs for 12 Months

Also, we are proposing our project for Skill Development & Placement Program for Youth with Disabilities for their support so that we can facilitate the PwDs in their development & livelihood.
Project Objective:
1) Skill, Train & Place the YwDs in the regular employment
2) Career guidance & Counselling support to YwDs
3) To provide technical & life skilling training
4) To create livelihood opportunities

Budget: Approx. 55 Lacs for 12 Months
