Sexual abuse is a very serious matter. Statistics suggest that for every child that is not forced to witness the horrors of sexual abuse there is a child who is forced to, every 15 seconds, in India. Victims of this inexcusable abuse carry with them life long physical and emotional scars. It is terrifying to think that in the years that an innocent child is supposed to be playing with soft toys, their innocence is being toyed with by monsters. Sexual abuse is a major issue in our world today and is becoming bigger and bigger every moment as another child's life forever changes by the tragedy of abuse. Help me support an NGO called HEAL which strives to better the lives of such victims by providing them with professional help to get over their trauma and spread awareness of this harsh reality by the means of work shops.
