‘CanKids…KidsCan’ is an organization that works towards providing best standards of treatment care and support services for children with cancer and their families from the moment of diagnosis through treatment and after into survivorship on the one hand and palliative care, terminal and bereavement support on the other. The organization aims to provide holistic support to families of children with cancer under its signature model, the YANA – You are not Alone Program that is delivered through CanKids Hospital Support Units and CanKids Care Centres, at hospitals where children and being treated for cancer.
About Me
Education is something that shouldn't be denied- even if it's to children with cancer. In fact, education is even more important to help them grow and make the best of their time and use it efficiently. Cankids is a truly inspiring NGO that educates, and provides support to children with cancer. It helps them grow to their full potential.
Not everyone is as privileged as we are, and we may not be able to change that completely but we CAN make a difference.
