I would like to run and appeal for Fatima Niya a
nine-year-old daughter of a rickshaw driver who has been being diagnosed with
thalassemia and has to depend on regular blood transfusions every fifteen days
for a lifeline. What started as a mere fever, has turned into a recurring
nightmare which has confined her to the hospital, away from her loving family.
She has undergone sessions of chemotherapy, and now can only be saved through
Haploidentical Stem Cell Transplant.
