NH SRCC children hospital in Mumbai is one of its kind in India dealing with very complex medical issues. Neurofibromatosis (NF) is a genetic condition that is prevalent in 1 out of 3000 people. it is of two types i.e. NF 1 and NF 2 and depending on the type the complications can be varied. Nevertheless, both conditions requires a routine examination by a panel of doctors and a specialist of NF. Unfortunately, the knowledge of this disorder in our country is so scant that children with this disorder do not get noticed until very late.
