I am raising funds for the Chirag School - My Alma Mater. Chirag School is a progressive, fear free School meant for village children from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. Our School is till class 5 and is run by an NGO - CHIRAG (Central Himalayan Rural Action Group) It is a School, I  want to see grow and positively impact the lives of children for generations to come. The School spends about Rs.24000 per year per child to deliver the high quality education that it does to its 125 students.  Parents pay about Rs.2000 per year as School fee.  The balance of about Rs.2800000 (USD 39400) needs to be raised every year to sustain the School.
