Sterlite EdIndia Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of education in India’s public school system. Operating across six states—Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Tripura, Chhattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand—the foundation works in close collaboration with government bodies to ensure that every child has access to quality education.

Our mission is to strengthen the public education ecosystem by enhancing teacher capabilities and promoting data-driven decision-making. We focus on three core areas of intervention:

Teacher Education, which supports both pre-service and in-service teachers through digital resources, professional development, and leadership training.

Data Analytics Support, which empowers education administrators with tools like the Nirnay Dashboard to improve planning and monitoring.

Institutional Strengthening, which provides strategic support to state education departments for systemic reform and sustainable implementation.

Together, these interventions reached over 57,000 stakeholders in FY 2024–25 through a blend of online and onsite engagements. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), our approach ensures scalable and lasting impact by building capacity at every level of the education system.
