About Me

I am a Borivali-based runner and community advocate who is running a half marathon to raise funds for Concern India Foundation, Child Rights and You (CRY), Jeevan Asha Foundation, and India AI Foundation for Social Good. I believe in turning personal goals into collective impact—using each kilometre to support health and disaster relief, protect children’s rights, restore dignity to vulnerable families, and scale ethical technology for social good.

How your support helps :
• Child protection and education: school supplies, community programs, and advocacy that keep children safe and learning.
• Rehabilitation and community services: counselling, livelihood support, and local projects that restore stability.
• Tech for good: tools and pilots that use AI to identify needs faster, allocate resources smarter, and reach underserved populations.

Appeal

I’m running the half marathon to raise funds for Concern India Foundation, Child Rights and You (CRY), Jeevan Asha Foundation, and India AI Foundation for Social Good. These organisations work at different but complementary fronts—health and disaster relief, child protection and education, community rehabilitation and hope, and ethical technology for social impact.

Here are the reasons why I am supporting the following NGO"s:

• Child Rights and You (CRY) — I support CRY because protecting children’s rights and access to education creates long-term change. Investing in children is investing in the future of our communities.
• Jeevan Asha Charitable Society — I support Jeevan Asha because their work restores hope and dignity to individuals and families facing hardship; support community empowerment , health care including HIV+, Senior Citizens and special needs.
• Indic AI Foundation for Social Good — I support this foundation because responsible AI can amplify impact—improving healthcare access, disaster response, and education at scale when guided by ethics and inclusion.

Donate: Even small amounts add up to make a difference

Your support will help deliver immediate relief, protect vulnerable children, restore dignity to families in crisis, and scale tech solutions that solve real problems. Please donate what you can, share this campaign, or cheer me on—every bit helps turn my miles into meaningful change.

Dear Team CRY, I am writing to share my excitement and gratitude as I prepare to run a Half Marathon dedicated to raising funds for organisations that inspire me deeply—including Child Rights and You. Your mission to ensure that every child enjoys their basic rights—education, protection, healthcare, and a safe childhood—resonates strongly with me. I believe that empowering children is the most powerful way to build a stronger, more just society, and I am proud to align my efforts with your cause. Through this run, I hope to amplify your work and encourage more people to support CRY’s vision of a world where children are free to learn, grow, and thrive. Every step I take is a reminder of the resilience and potential of the children you serve. Thank you for the incredible impact you continue to make. I look forward to contributing to your journey and spreading awareness of your mission through my fundraising efforts. With respect and solidarity, Vishal

Dear Team India AI Foundation, As I prepare to run a Half Marathon to raise funds for causes close to my heart, I am proud to include the India AI Foundation for Social Good among the organisations I support. Your vision of harnessing artificial intelligence responsibly to solve pressing social challenges—whether in healthcare, education, disaster response, or inclusion—deeply resonates with me. As a cybersecurity architect and advocate for ethical technology, I believe AI must be guided by values of fairness, transparency, and accessibility. Your work embodies that principle, ensuring that innovation serves humanity rather than leaving communities behind. Through this run, I hope to amplify your mission and encourage others to see how technology, when aligned with ethics, can transform lives at scale. Every kilometre I run is a step toward a future where AI is a force for equity and empowerment. Thank you for leading this important movement. I look forward to contributing to your journey and spreading awareness of your impact through my fundraising efforts. With respect and solidarity, Vishal
