Anu Aggarwal Foundation (AAF) is a future-facing nonprofit dedicated to emotional wellbeing as a daily human practice. Founded by actor and humanitarian Anu Aggarwal after her own life-altering recovery, AAF delivers mind–body training that builds “emotional muscle” for resilience, focus, and inner peace. Its programs integrate yogic science, psychology, and neuroscience, tailored for youth, women, and underserved communities—addressing stress, stigma, and mental health before they reach crisis. From grassroots school interventions to workplace wellness and community empowerment drives, AAF champions access, inclusivity, and impact. Recognized with leading CSR and leadership honors, AAF operates with one core belief: when the mind is clear, potential becomes limitless—and wellbeing becomes a right, not a privilege.
AAF implements its work through Anu Fun Yoga (AFY) and Mind Yoga, which build inner strength for those living with fewer choices and heavier realities—especially women carrying the weight of family, finances, and survival. AFY cultivates calm in chaos, acceptance without resignation, and self-worth independent of circumstances. Mind Yoga sharpens focus, resilience, and emotional steadiness. Alongside inner transformation, AAF supports livelihood pathways so confidence translates into real-world stability. When people learn to value themselves, they begin using their time, energy, and resources with intention—this is how sustainable change begins.

Support Mental Wellness with TMM 2026
The Anu Aggarwal Foundation (AAF) invites you to partner with us in advancing mental wellness through a year-long Mind Yoga and Social–Emotional Support Program for children, youth, women, and underserved communities. Across India, rising stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalance are impacting learning, productivity, and overall well-being. Our initiative responds with preventive, structured, and culturally grounded interventions that nurture resilience, focus, and emotional health.
With your support, AAF will:
• Conduct regular Mind Yoga sessions in schools and community spaces to improve concentration, emotional regulation, and stress management.
• Deliver therapeutic workshops tailored for children, adolescents, women, and vulnerable groups, addressing anxiety, self-esteem, trauma awareness, and healthy coping skills.
• Train facilitators and volunteers, building local capacity to ensure quality delivery and sustainable impact beyond the program period.
• Monitor outcomes and ensure accountability, using structured assessments to track participation, progress, and impact over the year.
Your contribution will directly fund trained professionals, program materials, community outreach, and ongoing evaluation—ensuring effective implementation throughout the 12-month period.
