ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
Anu Aggarwal Foundation (AAF) is a future-facing nonprofit dedicated to emotional wellbeing as a daily human skill—not a luxury.
Founded by actor and humanitarian Anu Aggarwal after her own life-altering recovery, AAF delivers evidence-based mind–body programs that strengthen emotional resilience, focus, and self-worth. Our work blends yogic science, psychology, and neuroscience, making mental wellbeing practical, accessible, and culturally grounded.
From municipal schools to community spaces, AAF reaches youth, women, and underserved groups—addressing stress and emotional overload before they become crisis. Because when the mind is supported early, potential opens naturally.
WHAT WE DO
AAF implements its work through Anu Fun Yoga (AFY) and Mind Yoga—programs designed for lives with fewer safety nets and heavier emotional loads.
• AFY helps participants cultivate calm in chaos, dignity without denial, and self-worth independent of circumstances.
• Mind Yoga builds focus, emotional steadiness, and resilience needed for learning and life.
Alongside inner skills, AAF supports livelihood pathways, ensuring confidence translates into stability. This is how inner change becomes sustainable change.
Appeal
Dear Supporters,
1,250 Young Minds. One Chance to Intervene Early.
In Mumbai’s municipal schools, children face stress, anxiety, and pressure long before they learn how to handle it. We step in early—when it still makes a lifelong difference.
Across India, children and adolescents are carrying invisible stress—academic pressure, emotional insecurity, and anxiety—without the tools to process it.
With your support, AAF will deliver a year-long Mind Yoga and Social–Emotional Support Program to 1,250 children and youth in Mumbai’s municipal schools.
Your contribution will help us:
• Conduct regular Mind Yoga sessions to improve concentration, emotional regulation, and stress management
• Deliver therapeutic awareness sessions addressing anxiety, self-esteem, trauma awareness, and healthy coping
• Train facilitators and volunteers, building local capacity and long-term continuity
• Measure outcomes responsibly, ensuring transparency, accountability, and real impact
Teach Calm Before the Crisis
A child who learns how to calm their mind learns how to face life with strength.
Your support gives children tools they will carry for a lifetime—clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
Donate today.
Help build emotional resilience where it’s needed most.
