Earth Focus Foundation (EFF) is dedicated to empowering the Gond and Baiga tribal communities in the Kanha forest region of Madhya Pradesh. Our work is built on the belief that sustainable change is driven from within the community itself.

Our core areas of intervention are deeply integrated:
Contextual Education: We establish tech-enabled, community-led learning centers that provide high-quality foundational education to tribal children. By training local women as educators, we not only improve learning outcomes but also create a new generation of female leaders. We have trained over 70 community leaders who now teach over 4,100 children in tribal Kanha.

Nature-Based Livelihoods: We work with farmers to restore degraded lands through sustainable agroforestry. This approach enhances local biodiversity and creates climate-resilient, long-term income streams, moving families from subsistence to economic independence. We work on over 700 acres of land and have planted over 1,60,000 saplings providing resilient income streams to 1,222 tribal community members.

By intertwining education with ecological restoration, we empower communities to build a future of choice, dignity, and environmental stewardship.
