| Impact | Since its inception in 2020, DigiSwasthya Foundation has made a transformative impact on healthcare accessibility for marginalized and remote communities. Through its telemedicine services, the organization has facilitated over 79,649 consultations, including both general and specialist care, ensuring timely and expert medical attention for patients who otherwise had limited options. A notable 1,645 cancer patients have been identified and supported through the model, enabling early detection and life-saving interventions. In its commitment to preventive health, DigiSwasthya has conducted 93,873 health check-ups, contributing to improved awareness and early diagnosis of non-communicable diseases across rural belts.
By operating at the intersection of technology and community healthcare, DigiSwasthya has also generated substantial socio-economic benefits. The model has resulted in the organization of 2,789 health awareness camps, extending primary healthcare and education to the last mile. As a result, patients have avoided nearly 48 lakh kilometers of travel and 5.8 lakh labor hours, amounting to an estimated ₹9 crore in cost savings on consultations and related healthcare expenses. These outcomes reflect the Foundation’s commitment to not only delivering care but also reducing the financial, geographic, and systemic barriers that restrict access to healthcare in India’s rural heartlands.
