DigiSwasthya Foundation is a not-for-profit organization committed to bridging the healthcare gap for rural and underserved communities in India. Established in 2021, DigiSwasthya leverages a Phygital Model (Physical + Digital) to connect patients from remote villages with expert doctors based in Tier-1 cities.

Our interventions focus on:

Telemedicine Centres provide specialist consultations, timely referrals, and digital health records.
Community Health Camps address diseases like cancer, diabetes, anaemia, and maternal health challenges.
Awareness and Education Programmes on preventive healthcare, nutrition, and early diagnosis.
Advocacy & Capacity Building to strengthen healthcare systems and empower frontline workers.

Since its inception, DigiSwasthya has reached over 2.6 million beneficiaries across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Maharashtra, covering 1,650+ villages with the support of 207+ expert doctors. With a strong focus on cancer care and non-communicable diseases, we aim to ensure that quality, affordable healthcare is not a privilege but a right for all.

Our vision is to build a digital healthcare bridge that eliminates geographical and economic barriers, enabling healthier and more resilient communities.

Appeal

In every village we visit, there’s a mother who skips her own check-up so her children can eat first. She whispers, “I’ll be fine, my children come first” — unaware that a simple screening could save her life.

There’s a grandfather who endures pain silently because the hospital is too far, the journey too expensive, the fear too heavy. He smiles when his grandchildren play, hiding the ache that could have been prevented.

There’s a young girl, who dreams of becoming a doctor. She wants to heal others, yet no one has told her that a simple HPV vaccine today could protect her from cancer tomorrow.

There’s a schoolteacher who teaches children about courage and hope, but she has never had an oral cancer screening herself. She believes in saving others, but no one is saving her.

There’s a grandmother who prays every day for her family’s health, yet she silently suffers, unaware that early detection could have caught her illness before it became life-threatening.

This Tata Mumbai Marathon, your steps can change all their stories.
• A vaccine for the young girl to protect her dreams
• Screenings for mothers, teachers, and grandmothers to give them a healthy life
• Awareness for every family so no one has to silently suffer
Each kilometre you run becomes hope in a bottle, a check-up in a village, a life saved.
Your feet carry more than your body—they carry the chance for a brighter, healthier future for thousands of women and girls who need it most.
Run for them. Run for their mothers, daughters, sisters, and grandmothers. Run to rewrite the stories that too often go untold.
