About Me

Hello! We are Aamir, Kiran, Junaid, Ira, Nupur and Azad — running together as a family for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026.

As individuals, we’re all quite different. We have our own quirks, likes and dislikes… but as a family, we’re tied together by a few core values. One of the strongest among them is this: Each of us has the power to transform our own future - with the right knowledge, support and tools.

We’ve experienced this in our own lives. Whether it’s navigating professional challenges, dealing with mental-health struggles, or facing difficult personal moments, we’ve seen how the right knowledge - and each other’s support - has completely shifted the direction of our lives.

We’re running TMM 2026 to support two organisations that help millions of people do exactly this:
• Agatsu Foundation, enabling people to build healthier, more empowered lives.
• Paani Foundation, empowering farmers in Maharashtra to transform their livelihoods.

We’re grateful to run for causes that reflect what we believe in as a family — the power of knowledge, courage and community to change lives.

Appeal

1. Agatsu Foundation
We run a free Community Centre and Therapy Clinic in Mumbai. The space is open to anyone and everyone at no cost. Every month, over 1,000 people from across the city find a sense of home here - a warm place where they can connect, belong, learn, heal and simply be themselves.

Our goal is to create a supportive, non-judgemental environment with the right knowledge and resources, so people can explore how they want to live their lives. We’re open Wednesday to Sunday, 12 pm to 8 pm. Our clinic offers therapy to people on an affordable sliding scale of Rs.50–Rs.750.

All classes, supplies, equipment and community events are free - capoeira, art workshops, senior-support circles, open mics, dance sessions and more.

It will take all of us, together, to keep a space like this running. Your contribution will help ensure the Centre stays free, therapy stays affordable, and that anyone who needs support can access it in the right way at the right time.


2. Paani Foundation
For 10 years, Paani Foundation has worked towards creating a prosperous, drought-free Maharashtra. Through our Farmer Cup competition, lakhs of farmers have gained knowledge and hands-on training in sustainable, profitable farming practices - and a platform to work unitedly as farmer collectives.

In just three years, over 3 lakh farmers have benefitted. Active participants have seen a 163% rise in per-acre profits, and more than 1.5 lakh women have gained financial independence and a stronger voice at home.

This progress has been driven by three things:
• Knowledge, that reduces costs, increases yields and boosts incomes
• Collectivisation, that helps farmers pool strength and effort
• A supportive Ecosystem, with handholding, technology and timely guidance

Starting January 1, 2026, the Farmer Cup goes pan-Maharashtra - reaching each and every farmer in the state.

This dream is big, and we need your support to bring it to life. Every contribution will support training, knowledge resources, tech infrastructure and the teams keeping this movement alive across Maharashtra.
