About Me

My wife (Monei) and I have a long association with Ummeed and are committed to supporting it in whatever way we can. The reasons are manifold. At a personal level Ummeed has been a huge support to us as parents of a child with a disability. Its founder Dr. Vibha Krishnamurthy, a developmental paediatrician, is a dear friend in whose work we have immense faith.

But most importantly, Ummeed is Mumbai’s largest NGO supporting children with disabilities, and thousands of underprivileged kids depend on the services of its staff and outreach programs.
