About Me
My fitness journey has made me think of it as something much larger than just vanity. Running the Tata Mumbai Half Marathon is a personal challenge, but supporting HEED India gives it real meaning. Their work in education, healthcare, and community upliftment aligns with what I care about most—helping people access opportunities they otherwise wouldn’t. Contributing to HEED feels like a tangible way to give back and make my run matter beyond the finish line.
Appeal
I’m running the Tata Mumbai Half Marathon to raise funds for HEED India, an NGO committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities through focused, grassroots development. HEED works across education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and community welfare, ensuring support reaches those who need it most.
Their initiatives include running learning centres for children, facilitating medical camps and health awareness drives, supporting skill-building programs for women, and providing critical aid to under-resourced families. Over the years, HEED India has helped thousands access education, essential healthcare, and stable livelihood opportunities, creating meaningful, measurable impact across the communities they serve.
By contributing, you’ll be directly helping HEED India expand this work further. Every kilometre I run — and every rupee you donate — strengthens their ability to uplift more lives.
Join me in making this run count for something bigger.
