About Me

As a healthcare industry executive with over 35 years of experience -I have had the opportunity to interact with healthcare providers across the world .

One thing that comes across is the huge 'gap' in our healthcare system vs the developed countries and even between the corporate hospitals in India vs the free OPD clinics at Govt Hospitals.

I would like to contribute in the best possible way I can - towards alleviating the suffering of these millions of patients caught in the healthcare 'gap' of our country

Appeal

Children are our future. In addition to good moral values their health and well being are equally important for them to become good citizens of the world .

Cancer is a debilitating disease with high mortality rates that is common in children. Science has made great strides in diagnosis and treatment of this disease - but such treatments are often expensive & out of reach of the average Indian due to low insurance penetration and high % of population in the low socio economic category

This is an appeal to contribute generously towards the efforts of the "Can Kids foundation" that is transforming cancer care for children from underprivileged families in India.

My participation at the Mumbai half marathon would be enriched and blessed with your contribution towards the health of these children
