About Salaam Bombay Foundation:
Salaam Bombay Foundation (SBF) believes that "A child in school has a future." Since 2002, they've been empowering India's most vulnerable adolescents to make informed choices about health, education, and livelihood. Their programmes span Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Jaipur, and Kolkata, reaching students’ studying in Class 7th to 9th from government and government-aided schools.

I am fund raising through the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026 in support of Salaam Bombay Foundation (SBF), an organization that strongly believes that “A child in school has a future.”
Since 2002, Salaam Bombay Foundation has been dedicated to helping children from underprivileged backgrounds continue their education and build a better tomorrow. Many children are at risk of dropping out of school due to poverty, lack of proper guidance, and challenging home environments. SBF supports these children through education assistance, life skills development, health awareness programs, and mentorship—helping them grow with confidence and hope.
