Hello, I’m Rashmi Maruvada, 24 years old. I am totally blind, but I live my life with confidence, hope, and a strong belief in myself.
I’m proud to be one of the visually impaired participants running with Heed India this year. I try to stay positive, keep learning, and prove that challenges can be overcome with courage and consistency.
Appeal
I’m running the 5.9 km Dream Run at the Tata Mumbai Marathon with Heed India.
I’m doing this because running makes me feel strong and independent. It reminds me that blindness does not limit my dreams—my determination is what truly defines me.
