I believe that quality education builds the ability to ask questions,think deeply, stay curious and apply our learning to make the world better than we found it. And at the heart of such learning stands a skilled, motivated and empowered teacher — someone who sees the potential in every child and nurtures it.

As CEO of CEQUE, I'm raising funds because I believe every child deserves educators who can unlock their potential, and every teacher deserves the support and tools to transform lives. CEQUE exists to make this vision a reality—building a future where quality education isn't a privilege, but a promise kept to every child.

RUN FOR TEACHERS

At CEQUE, we train and coach government school teachers to adopt effective and child centric teaching methods that help improve learning for the most underserved and marginalised children. When a teacher grows, an entire classroom grows. For many children, a great teacher is not just an educator - they are the only bridge to opportunity, dignity and a future beyond poverty.

To date, we have reached over 3,200 teachers and 150,000 + students in more than 2,000 schools across 8 districts in 3 states of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka. Each teacher will impact 400 students over his/her average professional lifespan of 20 years - that’s 400 futures transformed through single investment.
