At REAP, we believe that every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and dream — no matter their circumstances. For over two decades, REAP has been reaching out to children and youth from marginalized communities, offering education, skill-building, and holistic support to help them realize their potential.

Impact So Far:

500+ preschoolers in slum communities receive strong foundational learning every year

1,000+ school-going children benefit from supplementary education and STEM training

200+ young women trained annually in vocational skills like hospitality and beauty trades

Thousands of families empowered through awareness sessions, life skills, and community initiatives

The Vision Ahead:
Through our STEM Udaan initiative, REAP is expanding its reach by setting up STEM labs, delivering mobile science interventions, and creating career-readiness programs for students across Thane and Mumbai. Our goal is to reach 10,000 children annually with innovative, hands-on learning and essential life skills.

How You Can Contribute:

2,500: Support supplementary education for one child

15,000: Sponsor early childhood education for one student for a year

25,000: Provide skill development and vocational training for one youth

50,000 or more: Partner with REAP to set up STEM labs and expand community education programmes

Hi everyone! My name is Ayaan Shehzada.
I am a student at Bombay Scottish School. For the 1st time I am running the Tata Mumbai Marathon to support REAP, an NGO which helps in STEM program for children which helps them with education in different ways. Through this marathon I have to raise funds that will help REAP continue their incredible work to provide education to the under privileged children. Your support can make a difference.
