Every runner carries a story. Mine this year is deeply tied to the cause I’m supporting—HEED India.

When I lace up my shoes and push myself forward in the Tata Mumbai Marathon, I think of the children who find courage through sports, the mothers who gain life-saving health information, and the families in remote villages who finally get medical advice through digital platforms. These are not small changes—they are transformations that ripple through generations.
