About Me

Every year, 4.6 million critically ill babies are born in India and nearly 40% don’t survive their first day. Not because
their conditions are untreatable, but because advanced NICU care costing Rs 15,000–25,000 a day is beyond the
reach of most underprivileged families.
At Neonates Foundation of India (NFI), we are the bridge between desperation and hope.
Through our growing network of 38 empanelled hospitals across 10 states, 65 villages, and 45 districts, we help fragile
newborns access life-saving treatment. With 720+ NICU beds aligned for the cause, our model brings both financial
assistance and clinical support to the tiniest, most vulnerable lives.
Together with our supporters, we have helped 300 critically ill newborns survive. And yet, thousands more still need
us. This year, our goal is to save at least 100 babies.
As I fundraise for Neonatal Survival at the Tata Mumbai Marathon, every contribution becomes a step toward giving a
newborn the chance to breathe, heal, and live.
