About Me
I have been associated with Vipla Foundation for the past 10 years, currently working as a Deputy Programme Manager in the Early Years Intervention program. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to design, implement, and monitor various initiatives that focus on improving the quality of Early Childhood Education, strengthening Anganwadi systems, and empowering frontline workers through training and mentorship.
Along with my professional journey, I have been a proud participant in the Tata Mumbai Marathon for the past 8 years. This event holds special meaning for me and for Vipla Foundation—it provides a platform to raise awareness about our cause and showcase the impact of our work in transforming the lives of children, families, and communities.
Being part of the marathon each year not only promotes physical fitness and team spirit but also helps in connecting with supporters, volunteers, and well-wishers who believe in building strong foundations for every child. It’s a moment of pride to represent Vipla Foundation and contribute to spreading our mission to a wider audience.

About Vipla Foundation:
Vipla Foundation (formerly known as Save The Children India) has been working for over four decades to ensure that every child, regardless of background, gets equal opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive. The organization focuses on Early Childhood Development, Education, Disability Inclusion, and Livelihood Programs, supporting some of the most marginalized children and families across India.
Through its Early Years Intervention Program, Vipla Foundation strengthens Anganwadi and Balwadi centres, trains Sevikas and teachers, and ensures that children aged 3–6 receive the right foundation in learning, health, and nutrition — helping them transition smoothly into primary school.
