My Marathon, My Milestone, My Mission !
Hi, I’m Sangita Singh; someone who finds joy in the outdoors, whether it’s walking on trails or soaking in nature, and who draws deep inspiration from motivational, purpose-driven people.
22 years in business, and a 5-year break thereafter, led me to the wonderful world of Jai Vakeel Foundation. I have found new meaning in blending purpose with passion. This marathon brings both together, running for a cause and drawing energy from a community that believes in making a difference.
My association with TMM goes back to its inception — others often joke that I’m “Mrs. Procam”! It’s been 20 years of being blessed with the marathon spirit — of family, fitness, humility, and giving back. The one thing I haven’t done yet? Fundraise. So, on the 21st year of this beautiful journey of TMM , I’m closing the loop.
2026 is a milestone for my family — a marriage, a graduation, a birthday, and now, hopefully raising Rs.50 lakhs for the incredible children and adults at Jai Vakeel Foundation.

My Happy Place, My Purpose, My Run
This year, I’m running the Tata Mumbai Marathon, 10K with a goal — to raise Rs.50 lakhs for Jai Vakeel Foundation, which has been my happy place for the past 12 years.
It’s more than just my work place , It’s where I’ve found purpose. Every morning when I walk into our campus, I’m greeted by an energy that’s impossible to describe. The laughter of children, the determination of young adults, and the unwavering positivity that fills every corner. It’s what grounds me, gives me perspective on life, and reminds me what truly matters.
For over 80 years, National award winner, Jai Vakeel Foundation has been India’s largest and oldest institution serving children and adults with intellectual disability. From education and therapy to vocational training and employment opportunities, Jai Vakeel empowers every individual to live with dignity and independence — helping families from underserved backgrounds find hope and opportunity.
I look forward to your support by a donation for Jai Vakeel which will help the cause to continue working towards making this a more Inclusive World. Every step I take, every kilometre I run, is dedicated to creating lasting change. Together, we can help our children and youth continue to dream, learn, and thrive.
