I am Yogesh Dhanke, Program Manager – Early Years Initiative (6–8 years program) at Vipla Foundation, with over a decade of experience in Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), teacher education, and early childhood program management. At Vipla Foundation, I have led impactful initiatives in teacher mentorship and community-based education to strengthen foundational learning. With expertise in mathematics education, curriculum design, and teacher capacity building, I combine pedagogical innovation with strategic program planning to help every child achieve essential literacy and numeracy skills for lifelong success.
