My name is Ayaan Jain, a student passionate about making a difference beyond the classroom. Sports have always been a big part of my life — they’ve taught me discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. This year, I’m channeling that same spirit into something bigger — using my run in the Tata Mumbai Marathon to create real impact for children who deserve access to quality education and equal opportunities.

Appeal

This year, I’m proud to run the Tata Mumbai Marathon not just for the challenge, but for a cause that truly matters — quality education for underprivileged children through Muktangan.

Muktangan is a Mumbai-based NGO that transforms the lives of children from low-income communities by providing inclusive, hands-on, and English-medium education. What makes them special is their community-driven model — they train local women to become teachers, creating a powerful cycle of empowerment where education uplifts not just one child, but entire families and neighborhoods.

Every step I take in this marathon represents a step closer to bridging the educational divide. Your contribution, big or small, helps provide classrooms, teacher training, books, and resources for children who deserve the same opportunities as anyone else.
