About Me

I volunteer at Muktangan every Friday, where I work closely with students and educators. Seeing the impact of inclusive education firsthand has reinforced my belief in its ability to build confidence, unlock potential, and create long-term opportunities for children. Muktangan’s work also deeply resonates with me because it empowers women from the community to become trained educators, creating a ripple effect of social and economic change. By running this marathon, I hope to contribute to Muktangan’s mission and help strengthen an education model that is transforming lives and communities in a lasting way.

Appeal

I am fundraising in support of Muktangan Education Trust, an organisation that works to provide inclusive, high-quality education to children from underserved urban communities in Mumbai. I strongly believe that education is the most powerful tool for breaking cycles of inequality, and Muktangan’s community-based, child-centred approach ensures that learning is accessible, meaningful, and sustainable.
