About Me

I am running to support Muktangan, an NGO that transforms education for children in Mumbai’s underprivileged communities by training local women to become skilled teachers and role models. Muktangan’s innovative approach focuses on child-centered learning, inclusion, and community empowerment. I’m inspired by their mission to bridge the gap between public and private education, and through my fundraising, I hope to contribute to creating more opportunities for children to learn, grow, and succeed.

Appeal

I am running for Muktangan because I believe in their powerful vision of transforming education from the ground up — by empowering teachers and nurturing children to become confident, independent learners. Muktangan’s model goes beyond classrooms; it uplifts entire communities by training local women to become skilled educators and change-makers. Through my fundraising efforts, I aim to support their mission of bridging the education gap in Mumbai’s underserved areas and ensuring that every child, regardless of background, has access to quality, inclusive learning that can truly change their future.
