At REAP, I work to amplify the voices and stories of children and communities we serve, showcasing how quality education, STEM learning, skill development, and community outreach transform lives every day.
This is my first year participating in the Tata Mumbai Marathon as a fundraiser, and I am committed to raising awareness and support for the cause of education. At REAP, we believe that every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and dream — no matter their circumstances. For over two decades, REAP has been reaching out to children and youth from marginalized communities, offering education, skill-building, and holistic support to help them realize their potential.
Impact So Far:
500+ preschoolers in slum communities receive strong foundational learning every year
1,000+ school-going children benefit from supplementary education and STEM training
200+ young women trained annually in vocational skills like hospitality and beauty trades

The Vision Ahead:
Through our STEM Udaan initiative, REAP is expanding its reach by setting up STEM labs, delivering mobile science interventions, and creating career-readiness programs for students across Thane and Mumbai. Our goal is to reach 10,000 children annually with innovative, hands-on learning and essential life skills.
