I am retired finance professional from Air India. Teaching Yoga from last 48 years. Actively volunteering for noble cause of Samskrita Bharati, for educating kids in school under Devavani as well as teaching kids rich cultural heritage of our country at home under Balakendram.

I invite you to join me in supporting a cause that transcends barriers and preserves the roots of our cultural heritage—Samskrita Bharati Konkan Trust. This remarkable NGO is committed to promoting and preserving the Sanskrit language, the bedrock of our ancient wisdom and heritage, through initiatives that welcome people of all castes, religions, and backgrounds.

The Trust offers a wide range of programs, including:

• Samskrit Sambhashan Shibir: A 10-day course designed to teach conversational Sanskrit, making the language accessible to everyone.
• Balkendra: A special initiative aimed at igniting young minds by teaching Sanskrit to children in an engaging and enjoyable way.
• Geeta Kendra: A center dedicated to teaching the Bhagavad Gita in its original Sanskrit form, allowing people to connect deeply with this timeless text.

Moreover, SamskritaBharati Konkan Trust plays a vital role in researching ancient literature, which contributes to our nation’s intellectual and cultural growth.

To further expand its activities, the Trust is also raising funds to procure an office space that will serve as a hub for coordinating its various projects. This office will also provide space for residential training programs to empower volunteers who are essential to spreading the message of Sanskrit across communities.

I am also extending this learning to those who are special kids . In support of this noble cause, I am personally running the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025 to raise funds for SamskritaBharati. Every contribution, big or small, will directly help secure this office space and ensure the Trust’s work continues to thrive.
