I’m Haseena — 43, mom of twin girls, runner, coach, and someone who believes movement can change a life.
I’ve raced across India, chased podiums, climbed mountains, and pushed past every comfort zone I’ve ever known. The miles have taught me grit, humility, and what it means to show up — even on the hard days.
As a coach, I help people move with strength and confidence.
As a runner, I chase growth.
But this time, I’m chasing something bigger.
This year, I’m dedicating my miles to palliative care — to those who don’t get to run their own race. To those whose battles are fought in hospital rooms, not start lines.
Because dignity, comfort, and compassion shouldn’t depend on luck — they should be a promise.
Every run I take is for someone who can’t. Every kilometer is a reminder of why this matters.
