| Project Description | Tapasya Foundation is currently building a state-of-the-art 51-bed Tapasya Palliative & Hospice Care Centre for terminally-ill cancer patients at Mudipu, Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka on a 2.65-acre land owned and purchased by Tapasya Foundation. The ground floor is completed and will be operational soon. The construction of the first floor is progressing rapidly. In the interim, Tapasya Foundation has already been offering following free services: 1. Mobile Palliative Care across three districts within a 100 km radius, reaching patients at home. 2. A temporary in-patient palliative ward at Yenepoya Ayurveda Medical College Hospital, Naringana. The total amount raised has been completely utilized for construction as well as for operations. | |||||||||
