About Me
I am Moses Harish, a dedicated professional working as a Project Coordinator in the social sector. My journey has always been driven by the belief that collective efforts can bring meaningful change in the lives of those who need it the most. I am running the Tata Mumbai Marathon to support Suryoday Trust, an organization that empowers children and young adults with Intellectual Disabilities through education, skill development, and holistic care. By participating in this marathon, my goal is to raise funds that will directly contribute to their educational needs, ensuring these children get the opportunities and dignity they truly deserve.
Appeal
This year, I am running the Tata Mumbai Marathon not just for myself, but for a cause very close to my heart, supporting children and young adults with intellectual disabilities.
The NGO I am running for works tirelessly to empower these children through individualized education, life skills, and inclusive opportunities. Many of them come from underprivileged backgrounds, where access to quality education and developmental support is often a distant dream. With the right guidance, however, these children can learn, grow, and live with dignity, becoming more independent, confident, and capable of contributing to society.
Your contribution will go directly towards:
1. Providing special education programs tailored to their unique needs.
2. Supporting skill-building and vocational training for young adults.
3. Ensuring that children from underprivileged communities are not left behind in their educational journey.
Every step I run is for a brighter, more inclusive future for these children. With your support, we can create classrooms filled with hope, opportunities, and equal chances for success.
I invite you to join me in this journey; together, let’s make special education and vocational training accessible, meaningful, and empowering for every child.
