About Me

Hi, I’m Ananya, an 11th grader at Aditya Birla World Academy. Running has always been something I love, and this year I’m excited to combine that passion with a cause close to my heart. I’m running the Tata Mumbai Marathon 10K to support the Jai Vakeel Foundation, where I also volunteer. For me, this run isn't just about crossing the finish line, its about supporting a cause that I really care about and can create a huge change.

Appeal

I’m running the Tata Mumbai Marathon 10K in 2026 to support the Jai Vakeel Foundation, India's oldest and largest non-profit dedicated to supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Having volunteered there, I’ve seen firsthand how much of a difference this makes. Whether it’s a child learning to communicate for the first time, or a young adult gaining skills that help them earn a livelihood.

Through this run, I hope to raise awareness and funds so that more lives can be transformed. Running for them is my small way of giving back and helping them continue the amazing work they do. I’d be very grateful if you could support me in this journey, every bit counts!
