About Me

My name is Pallavi, and I have been working with The Feline Foundation for over 6 years.

For almost my whole life I have pursued my passion to help animals. After studying multiple courses, volunteering and working in multiple organisations, and serving animals in multiple countries, I have seen firsthand the ACTUAL impact that strategic, mission-oriented hard work can make on animal welfare.

Mumbai's stray animals are suffering due to overpopulation and lack of resources, and need our help - but it is the opposite of a hopeless cause! The work my organisation, The Feline Foundation, is doing for our city's community cats and dogs is impactful and ground-breaking. We have already seen major, measurable successes (>80% animals sterilised with an improvement in health!) in multiple areas, and we are looking to widen our reach.

This year, I'm raising Rs. 50,000 for The Feline Foundation with the Tata Marathon to help fund our lifesaving programs.
- Sterilisation or #ProjectTNRMumbai
- Low-cost Community Veterinary Clinic
- Community Involvement

Please donate and help us reach the next level and save even more lives. If I meet my target, I might even win a Bib to participate in the Marathon - and I would love to run for my organisation! So please help me out :)

Appeal

The Feline Foundation, Mumbai works to enhance the welfare of community animals in Mumbai since 2017.

Their major focus areas include strategic population management (or Sterilisation/Animal Birth Control) to reduce the overpopulation of community animals; affordable healthcare initiatives to improve the health of animals, and active community involvement to improve human-animal relations.

Their Impact to Date:
- 14,500+ community cats sterilised in their ABC program (#ProjectTNRMumbai)
- 44,000+ dog and cat cases treated in their low-cost Community Veterinary Clinic
- 23,000+ community members engaged through their awareness and outreach initiatives.
Total - 60,000+ beneficiaries impacted to date.

In addition to helping animals, The Feline Foundation's work directly contributes to improving public health, reducing zoonotic disease risks, and creating cleaner, safer urban spaces, while aligning with the UN SDGs.
