My name is Ratnesh, and I am fundraising to support Artscape where it uses the power of expressive arts to bring healing, resilience, and growth to those who need it most. Through our Care for Cancer (CFC) Program, we work with cancer patients and caregivers, offering them emotional strength, comfort, and tools to cope with the challenges of treatment and recovery. At the same time, our Beyond Academics (BA) Program empowers children and adolescents from underprivileged backgrounds by nurturing creativity, confidence, and essential life skills that go beyond classroom learning.
Your support will help us continue creating safe and transformative spaces where individuals can heal, express themselves, and flourish. Every contribution goes directly towards making arts-based therapy accessible—whether it’s uplifting a cancer patient with a sense of hope or enabling a child to discover their potential. Together, we can bring well-being, dignity, and opportunity to countless lives.
ABOUT ARTSCAPE:
Artscape (est. 2016) is a non-governmental organization with primary focus on using interventions based on expressive arts therapy to promote holistic well-being, which have a long-term positive impact on an individual’s academic, social and professional life.
Expressive Arts Therapy is an intervention combining psychology and creative art techniques such as music, body movement, drama, art, meditation, and journaling, to promote emotional growth and healing.
Artscape largely works with individuals from underserved communities, who lack access to mental health information and services due to various systemic barriers such as poverty, lack of education, social stigma, etc.
