About Me
Manoj Pradhan
Project Manager, Reach Education Action Programme (REAP)
I am Manoj Pradhan, a project manager dedicated to empowering children and youth from underprivileged communities through education, skill development, and mentorship. For over a decade with REAP, I have been closely involved in implementing programmes that bring quality foundational learning, STEM education, vocational training, and community awareness to some of the most underserved areas in Kalwa and Thane.
This is my second consecutive year participating in the Tata Mumbai Marathon as a fundraiser, and I am deeply committed to making every effort count for the children we serve. Through your support, we can continue to transform challenges into opportunities — helping children stay in school, access digital education, and develop the skills they need to shape their futures.
I invite you to join me in this mission of education and empowerment. Together, we can create meaningful and lasting change in the lives of children who need it most.
Appeal
At REAP, we believe that every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and dream — no matter their circumstances. For over two decades, REAP has been reaching out to children and youth from marginalized communities, offering education, skill-building, and holistic support to help them realize their potential.
Impact So Far:
500+ preschoolers in slum communities receive strong foundational learning every year
1,000+ school-going children benefit from supplementary education and STEM training
200+ young women trained annually in vocational skills like hospitality and beauty trades
Thousands of families empowered through awareness sessions, life skills, and community initiatives
The Vision Ahead:
Through our STEM Udaan initiative, REAP is expanding its reach by setting up STEM labs, delivering mobile science interventions, and creating career-readiness programs for students across Thane and Mumbai. Our goal is to reach 10,000 children annually with innovative, hands-on learning and essential life skills.
How You Can Contribute:
?2,500: Support supplementary education for one child
?15,000: Sponsor early childhood education for one student for a year
?25,000: Provide skill development and vocational training for one youth
?50,000 or more: Partner with REAP to set up STEM labs and expand community education programmes
Your contribution can help unlock the potential of countless children — giving them the tools, confidence, and opportunities to build brighter futures.
Together, let’s Reach, Educate, and Empower!
