Hello, I’m Rafik Mansuri, representing Gujarat Rajya Gram Vikas Samiti (GRGVS) — a 36-year-old NGO dedicated to environment and community welfare in Gujarat. I’m running the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026 to raise funds for our goal to plant 1,00,000 native trees in Ahmedabad and nearby areas. Through Gujarat Rajya Gram Vikas Samiti’s “1 Lakh Trees Mission”, we aim to plant 1,00,000 native trees in 2025, creating sustainable urban forests across Ahmedabad. These trees will reduce pollution, support butterflies and birds, and improve community well-being.
