About Me
My name is Pooja Shah. I am running the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2026 and am supporting Cancer Patients Aid Association. It is a 56-year-old Non-Government Organization with the goal to support socio-economically underprivileged cancer patients working towards the “Total Management of Cancer”. The primary mission of CPAA is to meet the needs of poor cancer patients who do not have access nor can afford cancer treatment.
Appeal
Funds raised from Marathon for Cancer Patients Aid Association will be utilized to help the cancer patients receive treatment. Cancer though life threatening is today curable if caught early and adequate treatment is provided. CPAA is happy to provide the vital link between donors and patients and aid them in their valiant struggle.
Patients will be assisted with medical aid in the form of chemotherapeutic drugs or surgery and radiotherapy. Besides medical aid, patients may also be provided with prostheses or diet supplements, depending on their needs. All contributions however big or small generous support from you will help the cancer patients receive the required treatment.
