A dynamic entrepreneur and strategic leader, Dr. Rechel Sajesh brings over 22 years of diverse experience in Finance, Administration, and Corporate Governance. Holding an MBA in Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Doctorate in Business Administration, she combines academic excellence with hands-on financial expertise and strategic vision.
As Joint Managing Director of Pravin Electricals Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Rechel provides overall leadership in financial strategy, capital management, and administrative governance—ensuring long-term sustainability, compliance, and operational synergy. Her forward-looking approach has been instrumental in driving the company’s Pan-India growth and in strengthening its financial backbone across large-scale electrical contracting projects.
Under her stewardship, the company continues to deliver excellence to India’s leading conglomerates, including Reliance Industries, Adani Group, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Hinduja Group, Taj Group, and many more—upholding its reputation for integrity, precision, and timely delivery.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Dr. Rechel Sajesh is deeply committed to social transformation as Trustee of the Rahel Charitable Trust, spearheading impactful CSR initiatives that have:
Facilitated marriages for over 350 underprivileged couples
Constructed homes for the homeless
Sponsored education for children from economically weaker sections
Provided monthly pensions to over 30 widows and senior citizens
Her professional journey reflects a rare blend of business acumen, financial discipline, and compassionate leadership, embodying her belief that true success integrates profitability with purpose.
In addition, Dr. Rechel serves as Secretary of Kalyan Mathrusangham, a renowned women’s organization representing over 8,000 members across Maharashtra, where she continues to inspire faith-based leadership, empowerment, and community unity.
