About Me

I have been running marathons since 2016. Running has given me many things- time to reflect, great friends, important lessons to manage self, good health etc. It has always been about me and myself .

For the third successive year I want to use this opportunity to support raising funds for Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth.
I Am participating in this campaign to raise funds for building the Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth, near Kaladi, Cochi, Kerala.

CVV is a confluence of ideas and ideals, a living breathing reality. A way of life witnessed in the minds of young students who are on path to being leaders of change. I believe this is the Highest Purpose we can contribute for... building a World University, where life and the inner moral compass are as much part of the curriculum as the latest academic theories.

Central Chinmaya Mission Trust (CCMT) is the apex body of Chinmaya Mission, dedicated to the conception and implementation of multi-pronged initiatives for social upliftment.

Headquartered in Mumbai, India, with a global presence, CCMT operates numerous schools, colleges, hospitals, and social service (seva) projects, emphasizing character-building, value-based education, and selfless service. Through its various initiatives, CCMT seeks to inspire individuals to lead purposeful lives, cultivate a sense of community, and create a more harmonious and enlightened world.

Chinmaya Mission’s Brighter Futures Fund is a flagship initiative dedicated to empowering India's future through value-based education at the K-12 and higher education levels, via Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth and Chinmaya Vidyalayas pan-India.

By supporting my fundraiser, you can play a vital role in creating exponential impact in education in India:

Infrastructure extension of Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth (CVV):
CVV is a pioneering University integrating Contemporary Knowledge Systems (CKS) and
global modules with Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS). Funds will be used to expand CVV’s state-of-the-art campus in Kerala to welcome 3000+ students, with the construction of classrooms, hostel facilities and a solar-powered dining hall.

Redevelopment of Chinmaya Vidyalayas, K-12 schools:
Funds will be utilized to improve infrastructure including computer labs, libraries, playgrounds, installation of SMART boards, as well as refurbish sanitation blocks and classrooms in Chinmaya Vidyalayas pan-India. Over 40% of Chinmaya Vidyalayas operate in remote rural areas, providing value-based, quality education via the Chinmaya Vision Programme (CVP).

Financial Aid & Scholarships
Funds will be used to facilitate need-based scholarships at the K-12 and university levels, enabling students in situations of disadvantage to complete their education.
