Yoga Sessions - Taloja, 2018
UWM organised Yoga sessions were for 8th and 9th-grade students at Ghotgaon Secondary school, in Taloja over 10 a ten-day period, with support from Owens Corning. Forty-five students participated in the sessions covering the techniques of concentration and breathing through more than 10 yoga asanas. The students will benefit from the sessions, which help them develop mental and physical strength. The school also aims to include the practice of some yoga asanas in their Physical Training classes to continue yoga education.
