DESIRE Summer Camp, 2018
UWM conducted the DESIRE Summer Camp in Mumbai, with support from a corporate partner. The event saw participation from 70 enthusiastic employee volunteers, who spent 6 interactive hours, conducting fun activities with 100 children. The corporate also supported the cost of 100 Supplementary Nutritional kits, which are required to boost the immunity of HIV/AIDS infected affected children from DESIRE Care Home. A similar camp was organized in Hyderabad, where the corporate volunteers played with children, conducted games, and served the children food, showcasing dedication towards the cause.
