"Hamaara Sapna" an Initiative by Jamnalal Bajaj Seva Trust, endeavours to provide opportunities to women from marginalized populations to learn, imbibe and work towards a better tomorrow. It is a holistic method of education to give a broader outlook, self-confidence and self-respect. Women are trained in Computers, Spoken English, Tailoring and Yoga, along with self-defences and many other activities. 99% of deaf children drop out of higher education because of inaccessibility in the educational system wherein less than 1% of colleges are accessible. Every year approx. 25 children are enrolled in schools for the deaf in Mumbai.
