The Vision: Why Kintsugi?
In a world where PwDs often face physical and attitudinal barriers, Kintsugi serves as a safe haven. Our goal is to shift the narrative from "disability" to "diverse ability" by providing a space where everyone, regardless of physical condition, can learn, interact, and thrive.
Core Objectives
• Promoting Social Inclusion: Breaking down "us vs. them" barriers through shared community experiences.
• Building Accessible Infrastructure: Building accessible infrastructure helps in making the outdoor adventure settings affordable and reachable for Persons with Disability.
• Empowering Independence: Providing vocational training and confidence-building through adventure sports and other employability skills trainings.
• Create a global impact for inclusion.
• Enhance social growth; provide "respite" for care givers; and encourage Persons with Disabilities to try new, challenging activities.
• Build "extreme" self-reliance; provide wilderness immersion; and prove that physical disability is not a limit.
• Provide leadership in adaptive sports; and use recreation as therapy.

We require funds to finish the 80 seater dining area with kitchen and 50 seater training hall with all the interior work like tiling, painting, electricals, furniture etc. The total area = 4900 sq. ft. Along with this we also need funds to build interior roads for seamless wheelchair mobility.
