Sewa International is a ‘not-for-profit’ organization registered in the year 1997, inspired by the noble tradition of "Service before Self", working for providing disaster relief and rehabilitation during calamities, promoting volunteerism among all, empowering children, youth and women through skill development and education, reaching out to the underprivileged in the remote hilly/tribal villages of India, and supporting grass-root efforts that promote cultural and moral value systems in the society. The organization envisions working towards promoting and fulfilling the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations and aligning all its future efforts in that direction. Sewa International has always been a frontrunner in serving the society in a holistic manner from all corners of the nation.
Appeal
Across India, countless families face poverty, lack of healthcare, and limited opportunities. When disasters strike, their struggles deepen, but hope remains when we act together.
Sewa International, a not-for-profit active in 25+ countries and 20+ Indian states, works on disaster relief and rehabilitation, healthcare, quality education, women’s empowerment, skill development, and rural livelihoods. Flagship initiatives such as the Sewa Fellowship, Seema Shakti, Sewa Aarogyam Mobile Medical Units, and the Sponsor a Child programme nurture young leaders, empower border villages, deliver mobile healthcare, and support children’s education and nutrition.
Your support can:
- help a child attend school and dream bigger,
- give a family healthcare in a remote area,
- rebuild livelihoods destroyed by disaster,
- and create self-reliant communities across India.
A contribution to Sewa International is more than a donation, it is a lifeline, a chance, a spark of change. Together, we can bring resilience, dignity, and empowerment to those most in need.
