Appeal

At Aseema, we believe every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and thrive — no matter their background. We work with children from marginalized urban slums and rural tribal communities, where access to education is often disrupted by poverty, systemic barriers, and lack of resources.

Your support helps us provide more than just classrooms — it builds a circle of care around each child. Funds raised will be used to:

- Strengthen learning environments by maintaining safe, stimulating classrooms and infrastructure.
- Support teachers who guide children with compassion and consistency.
- Provide nutritious meals, ensuring children can learn without the burden of hunger.
- Equip students with resources such as books, digital learning, and co-curricular opportunities in art, sports, and life skills.
- Offer emotional and social support through counselling and social-emotional learning.

Additionally, contributions will help build Aseema’s corpus, creating long-term financial stability to ensure uninterrupted education and holistic development for every child. Every rupee you contribute safeguards a child’s right to education and creates lasting impact — transforming not only individual lives but also families and communities. With your support, Aseema children will continue to learn, dream, and build brighter futures.

*Your donation will help build Aseema’s corpus funds, creating a sustainable future for every child.*

Beneficiary GroupChildren
Beneficiary DescriptionAt Aseema’s school in Igatpuri, over 500 children, aged 3 to 16 years, receive holistic education from pre-primary to Standard X. These children come from tribal and rural communities, primarily from families of farmers and daily wage earners. Most are first-generation learners, and many face challenges such as poverty, lack of access to healthcare, and limited educational resources at home. The student group includes both boys and girls, with a nearly equal gender ratio. In recent years, we have seen a positive shift, with more girls continuing their education instead of dropping out early or being married young. With access to consistent schooling, nutrition, and emotional support, children are becoming healthier, more confident, and motivated to pursue higher studies and meaningful careers.
ImpactThe support helped us give children a better learning experience. With caring teachers, useful study materials, fun outings, and proper medical help, students are now more interested in school and attend regularly. They are happier, more confident, and eager to learn. Some children who once struggled are now doing well and dreaming of a better future.
