Mudita Foundation is dedicated to ensuring that every adult and child can live a life of safety, freedom, choice, and dignity. Founded by a group of compassionate individuals, our organisation works as a registered charitable trust committed to building and strengthening systems and communities that protect those who are at risk, vulnerable, or experiencing exploitation. We believe safety is a universal right and a shared responsibility, and this belief drives every aspect of our work.
Our core efforts focus on preventing and responding to child sexual abuse, online abuse, and workplace harassment. Over the past 6 years, we have partnered with more than 160 civil society organisations and directly engaged with over 4,000 children and 8,300 adults across India. Through prevention-based programmes, we deliver direct interventions that include awareness, training, capacity building, and research work.
We also champion collective impact by sharing knowledge, facilitating collaboration, and fostering meaningful partnerships that amplify change. Alongside this, our action-research initiatives help us better understand the realities of abuse, violence, and exploitation within communities, allowing us to design informed, sustainable solutions.

Your support can play a transformative role in protecting children who are most vulnerable. Through this fundraising project, Mudita Foundation aims to train 10–15 educators working in an NGO that directly supports 300+ children from low-income communities. These educators are deeply connected to the children they serve, yet many lack the specialised knowledge needed to recognise, address, and prevent situations of abuse.

The training will help educators understand child rights, protection laws, safety practices, and early indicators of risk. They will receive practical tools, clear guidelines, and ongoing resources that enable them to act promptly and sensitively when a child is in need. By strengthening their confidence and awareness, we help them become Safety Champions—trusted adults who can create protective, informed, and supportive environments where children feel secure and empowered.
