Smile Always Foundation is a registered non-profit organization serving vulnerable children, women, and marginalized communities across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana since 2005. Guided by the vision of building a future filled with hope, dignity, and justice, we work through a child-centric and community-driven approach, ensuring sustainable development and social inclusion.

Our interventions span Child Care & Education, Health & Nutrition, Women Empowerment, WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene), Disaster Relief, Community Development, and Environmental Sustainability. With over 1,80,000 beneficiaries impacted, we run children’s homes, provide education support to 590+ children, install clean drinking water systems benefiting 1,37,000+ people, and conduct health camps, vocational training, and financial literacy programs for rural families.

We have actively responded to disasters such as floods, fires, and COVID-19, providing medical aid, food relief, and rehabilitation support to thousands. Our initiatives align with multiple UN SDGs, including Quality Education, Gender Equality, Clean Water, and Climate Action.

Clean Water & Sanitation: Borewell installations, water filters, and hygiene education benefiting rural villages.

Women Empowerment & Livelihoods: Vocational training, financial literacy, and microenterprise support for marginalized women.
